Maxwell Composite is based at Maxwell AFB, AL in the heart of Montgomery. Air Force personnel newly assigned to Maxwell-Gunter can find information about relocation here. Here is the Wikipedia link about Maxwell AFB.
Maxwell Composite Squadron is based on Maxwell AFB. We are located along Willow Street adjacent the Federal Prison Camp.
Visitors are encouraged to use the Bell Street gate, which serves as the east entrance to Maxwell AFB. Bell Street is accessed easily from Interstate 65. Visitors will need photo identification, driver's license, and proof of insurance to gain access to Maxwell AFB. Please call ahead so that a member of the squadron can meet you at the gate and escort you through Maxwell to our Squadron building. Squadron contact information can be found on this page of the Alabama Wing website.

The map above takes you from Poplar Street (Bell Street gate) to Willow Street, where both Maxwell Composite Squadron and Alabama Wing Headquarters, CAP are located. You may park in the large parking lot in front (south) of the Alabama Wing Headquarters. There are four buildings located in our area. Alabama Wing Headquarters occupies the first, or southernmost, building. Officers meetings are held here first and second Mondays of each month (excluding federal holidays). Cadet meetings are held every Monday of each month (excluding federal holidays) in the northernmost building, which serves as Maxwell Composite Squadron's permanent home. Our membership numbers force us to utilize separate buildings for meetings, but we are a true Composite Squadron (Officers and Cadets). Please join us! We can manage the growth!
